Refund policy
Every order is thoughtfully made and packed with care. If you have any concerns about your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Eligible full-priced items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- Free from stains, damage, fragrances, or signs of wear.
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loveranistudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your eligible item for a refund.
