We're committed to making your Love Rani experience smooth, simple, and enjoyable. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Pre-Orders

Love Rani pieces are handmade by our artisans in India and are produced in limited quantities, and some styles may be offered on pre-order once they sell out. This allows us to restock thoughtfully while avoiding unnecessary overproduction. Shipping times apply once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Limited quantity pre-order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. If your item is already in stock, we'll process and ship it sooner. In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in the U.S.

Estimated delivery times (after your order has been dispatched)

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or holiday periods.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200
  • Free international shipping on orders over $300
International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included at checkout.

Order Changes

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Love Rani is not responsible for shipping delays or for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
